ORDERING:

• Reid Racing, Inc., is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific time, Monday through Friday.
• All orders will be shipped the same day, if at all possible. Calling earlier will assure best shipping service.
• Orders will normally be shipped UPS Ground service, unless specified otherwise.
• Foreign orders must be prepaid (including freight) in U.S. funds.

BACK ORDERS:

• If any parts are back ordered, they will be noted on the invoice/packing slip.
• Unless otherwise noted, we will ship the back ordered parts as soon as they are available.

SHORTAGES & OVERAGES:

• Shipping errors must be reported to REID Racing, Inc. within 48 hours of the receipt of the merchandise.
• Shortages will be filled immediately; overages must be returned within the next 5 business days.
