DEDENBEAR Products, Inc. has experienced continual growth since being formed 26 years ago by Dennis and Debra Reid. During this time, Dedenbear started with the invention of 60-foot clocks and the drag racing Delay Box. The company has steadily innovated and expanded into production of sophisticated drag racing electronics along with a substantial line of drivetrain products which includes Powerglide transmission parts and off-road front drive axle parts.

The existing Dedenbear product line became so diverse that completely different skills were required to properly service and create new products, which became unwieldy for a single company. Two separate specialized companies are more effective in growing each product line. The design, quality, and service will still remain at Dedenbears’ unsurpassed level for both companies.

Dedenbear will stick to its traditional line of quality Drag Racing Products, which includes Delay Boxes, Throttle Stops,Throttle Stop Controllers, Automated Shifters, Cooling Systems, and more. REID Racing will focus on a broader market with the Superglide Transmission and Off-Road product lines.
